Rapper and songwriter, Pope Skinny has revealed how his friendship with Shatta Wale ended abruptly due to unfounded allegations.
After almost 6 years of their separation, Pope Skinny has finally disclosed that he was involved in his altercations with Shatta Wale due to immaturity.
Speaking on Property FM in Cape Coast, he said βI was young and our issues started like 2018 so itβs been 6 years and looking at the way I think now if my issues with Shatta Wale happened today I wouldnβt utter a word.
βAt times when you explain yourself too much then it turns into something else but Shatta Wale said certain things that really hurt me.
βThe allegations he made about me if I didnβt clear it maybe others will feel thatβs how it is but if it were to be now like I wouldnβt take it from that angle,β he told Amansan Krakye.
βWeβve had serious fights and serious arguments in the past that we resolved it amicably but he went too deep and I also did the same in our latter issues,β he stated.
