A woman was persuaded by her mechanic to eat a mouthwatering local delicacy, which he offered, to intentionally prevent her from scolding him over her car maintenance.

In a video shared online, the woman @just_patraa noted that she arrived at the mechanic workshop, prepared to yell at him for not fixing her car, but her mechanic had other plans.

To pacify her, her mechanic ordered a young boy, presumably his apprentice, to purchase Afang soup and a wrap of cassava meal locally known as eba.

Revealing in the video, she displayed her calmness and excitement after devouring the meal, and even ordered an extra wrap of eba.

Even though she enjoyed the meal, her car wasn’t properly fixed by the mechanic. She remarked,

“The man is good..I don’t remember what I went for again😢😢😢😢😢😢😂. But the food sweetMy sister, I order extra eba join ooo 😩😩And my car AC still no dy work😭😭😭😭”

While some netizens shared their similar experiences, others suggested that the woman needed the food to gain strength to yell at her mechanic.

    See comments below,
