Ghanaian actress Adwoa Smart, born Belinda Naa Ode Oku, shared details about her personal life in an interview on Accra 100.5 FM’s Ayekoo Ayekoo show with Nana Romeo.

She said, “Dating is not part of her plans at the moment.”

Adwoa said she wants to focus on important things in life before considering relationships.

“You only get into these things after sorting out critical matters,” she added.

She clarified that while she is not a virgin, she is not promiscuous either.

“My mind is on more important things,” she said. Adwoa also shared her frustration with modern relationships, saying, “You might start dating only to find out your partner is already married. That’s why I avoid these things.”

Adwoa admitted she gets regular attention from men, “by God’s grace,” and many of them are “great men,” but she prefers to be cautious. “In God’s time, I will give someone a chance,” she said.

Although she has never been married, Adwoa mentioned she has been a mother before and reflected on her past experiences.
