Ghana international Lawrence Agyekum has reacted to his permanent switch to Belgian Pro League club Cercle Brugge.

Speaking to the media team of the club, Agyekum said he is happy to stay and looks forward to what the future holds for him at the club.

“It’s been a busy season already, but I’m grateful to God for where I am today. I’m happy to stay at Cercle and looking forward to what’s next,” Lawrence Agyekum said.

Cercle Brugge announced on Thursday, May 15, that the club has exercised the purchase option in the loan deal of Lawrence Agyekum.

The 21-year-old Ghanaian, who is currently on loan from RB Salzburg, will now make a permanent move to the Belgian club.

Cercle Brugge, in its official statement, said the Black Stars midfielder has signed a contract until 2029.
