A Haitian illegal immigrant who went viral for a video of him shouting ‘Biden forever’ and ‘F*** Trump’ when he was arrested has been deported back to his homeland.
Wisteguens Jean Quely Charles, 25, was detained by US Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) in Boston in January. Authorities said the illegal migrant had a lengthy rap sheet of at least 17 convictions.
An alleged member of the Back Block Money Gang, Charles’ convictions included assault on a public employee, resisting arrest, possession of controlled substances and carrying a dangerous weapon.
In viral footage from his arrest, Charles was seen screaming: ‘I’m not going back to Haiti!’
‘F*** Trump, you feel me?’ he said as officers put him in the back of a van. ‘Biden forever, bro! Thank Obama for everything he did for me.’
Charles had entered the United States in 2013 after being granted Temporary Protected Status (TPS) by the Obama administration, the Department of Homeland Security said.
His TPS was terminated in July 2022, but Charles remained in the United States illegally, leading an immigration judge to issue him a final order of removal in November 2025.
On September 10, ICE deported Charles back to Haiti.

Following Charles’ deportation, DHS Secretary Markwayne Mullin said: ‘This illegal alien gang member from Haiti had quite the rap sheet, with convictions for assault and battery on a public employee, resisting arrest, and drug trafficking, among other heinous crimes.
‘Once again: if you’re here illegally, we will find you, arrest you, and remove you from the United States of America,’ he said.
According to DHS, Charles total rap sheet included assault and battery on a public employee, resisting arrest, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, possession to distribute a class D controlled substance, possession of a class D controlled substance, possession of class C psychedelic mushrooms, carrying a dangerous weapon, carrying ammunition with no firearm ID card, and trespassing.
