Residents of Ashaiman have received assurances from Ernest Henry Norgbey, the Member of Parliament (MP) for Ashaiman, that he will fulfill the pledges he made during the election campaign.

In an interview, Mr. Norgbey reaffirmed that he and President-elect John Mahama would fulfill all of their promises to the Ashaiman people, saying that 2025 would bring them goodwill and all they had ever wanted.

He advised them to be optimistic, maintain their composure, and focus on the end result while hoping for positive changes in their life from the new administration.

“The women have worked tirelessly for us to win the election; we should all make it a point to take care of them,” he said, praising the women for their efforts during the National Democratic Congress (NDC) campaign.

The MP disclosed that the party needs to recognize the women because they were there to perform magic in the Greater Accra area, which was off-limits to men.

“Congratulations for your excellent work.God bless everyone. We should cling firmly to the power we possess so that it does not elude us in 2028,” he stated.

He thanked the Ashaiman people for the chance to serve them once more and pointed out that their efforts would be crucial if the NDC were to hold onto the Ashaiman seat for 16 years.

Mr. Norgbey wished everyone a joyous holiday season, hoping that Ghanaians would find hope, longevity, and prosperity in commemorating the birth of Jesus Christ.
