Joy FM host Kwame Dadzie has endorsed Kofi Kinaata for the Highlife Artiste and Album of the Year awards, pointing to the artist’s powerful live performances, poignant lyrics, and commitment to the highlife genre. He also emphasized Kinaata’s accomplishments, such as his well-received event and album, which provides an engaging account of his life experiences.

During a debate on Hitz FM, Dadzie mentioned Kinaata’s successful event and his good highlife tunes, which were very topical and visible. Kinaata successfully represented the highlife community all year long, he continued. Even though he doesn’t have the authority to decide.

Dadzie highlighted Kofi Kinaata’s influence and accomplishments to the genre by saying that if he had the authority, he would give him the Highlife Artiste of the Year and Album of the Year awards.

Dadzie went on to commend Kinaata’s album, implying that if he had the authority to do so, it would have won Album of the Year. He praised the album’s narrative style, which traces Kinaata’s life from his early years to his hardships and adventures, including romantic relationships.

Dadzie emphasized Kinaata’s talent and commitment to his trade while praising his composition, production, and general artistry.

Kofi Kinaata’s record stands out because of his ability to incorporate narration into his songs. He keeps pushing the limits of the highlife genre, demonstrating that his artistry goes beyond only his songs.

Dadzie’s support is evidence of Kinaata’s diligence and impact in the music business. Kofi Kinaata continues to be a well-known personality in Ghanaian music thanks to his powerful performances and thought-provoking lyrics.
