Ghanaian midfielder Augustine Boakye has expressed his readiness to represent the national team.

Despite not being included in the latest squad, Boakye remains focused on his club career and is optimistic about future opportunities. The 23-year-old attacking midfielder, who currently plays St Etienne has been making waves in Ligue 1.

Boakye is determined to continue his development at the club level, believing that a national team call-up could come at any time.

“I’m from Ghana, so it would be a dream to play for the country, but I am not going to force it and say I have to play in the national team.”

“The call-up could come today or tomorrow; I don’t know when, but when it comes, it will be good and I will be ready,” he added.

As he continues to hone his skills and contribute to his team’s success, fans are hopeful that he will soon have the chance to represent Ghana on the international stage.
