Black Queens deputy captain, Jennifer Cudjoe, has revealed that she wants to be a player agent after retirement.
The 31-year-old midfielder, known for her tenacity and leadership, has expressed an interest in venturing into the field of player management, a goal rooted in her desire to contribute to the growth of women’s football in Ghana.
Cudjoe after helping the Black Queens to win a bronze medal at the 2025 WAFCON spoke about the need for a player to get a good management hence her desire to become a football agent after retirement.
“I know that, when I’m done playing soccer, there has to be another dream that I should have, and so I started doing the coaching course whiles I was playing”
She continued that “For me, my degree in accounting doesn’t just limit me to banking but gives me dimensions of being an agent and helping other players. My goal is to bridge players, coaches and clubs so I can help players develop in anyway possible.”
