Celebrity chef and business mogul, Belinda “Big Cheezy” Amis, has disclosed that the latest purchase of her custom purple Rolls-Royce Cullinan was a lifelong dream for her.

The owner of the popular Chez Amis Restaurant recently set social media ablaze after acquiring a custom purple Rolls-Royce Cullinan said to be worth over $450,000, becoming what many believe to be Ghana’s first female owner of the luxury vehicle.

In an exclusive interview with Nkonkonsa, Big Cheezy stated; “It’s been my dream car. Even before Rolls-Royce made the Cullinan, I knew I’d own one.”

She added, “I don’t really like sedans, so when I started my culinary business, this became my target.”

When asked about what was next for her, the restaurateur stated, “A private jet with ‘Chezzy’ on it.”

She further advised her followers and other aspiring entrepreneurs to prioritise hard work and determination.

“Don’t be ashamed of your hustle. Whether it’s pure water or Indomie, sell it with pride. I wasn’t ashamed to sell tilapia by the roadside. Even now, I still serve meals at my restaurant. What men can do, women can do better; it’s about hard work,” he said.

The car joins her existing fleet of a Mercedes SUV and a Toyota Prado. To doubters, she had a blunt message: “They will be okay.”

This is not the first time Big Cheezy has captivated public attention with her lavish spending.

In 2023, she reportedly splurged GH¢200,000 at an exclusive All-Black Party in Kumasi and acquired three high-end properties in a single year, including a 5-bedroom mansion at Airport Hills.
