Following the application of the relaxer, she saw that her natural hair had changed from appearing shrunk to relaxed and longer.
She was unhappy with her hair change and couldn’t accept her new appearance, even though her friends were encouraging her in the background.
After reading the product description, which said “curl stretching texturizer,” she assumed the hair relaxer would moisturize her hair.
