A Yoruba man on Twitter (X) recognized as @ayo_realtor fulfills his 6-year-old need to marry an Igbo lady after declaring his intention for intertribal marriage.

In 2018, the person expressed his curiosity in marrying a girl from the Igbo tribe as his spouse. He questioned whether or not it was an offence for him to take a bride from Igboland.

The intention materialized six years later with a video of an intertribal Yoruba-Igbo marriage of the person and his Igbo spouse kneeling and getting the girl’s household to bless their union.

Twitter customers have showered the newlywed pair with congratulations within the remark part.

Many complimented the person on his Igbo outfit, saying he appeared dashing, like a real Igbo man. As their in-law, he’s warmly welcomed by some, whereas others denounce Nigeria’s tribalism.
