Manchester City legend, Yaya Touré has once again opened up about his long-standing feud with Pep Guardiola in a recent interview with ZackNaniTV.
The former Manchester City and Barcelona midfielder did not hold back when describing his former coach, comparing him to a snake.
“I don’t see a man; I see a snake.”
Touré recounted how, after a season in which Guardiola rarely played him, the Spanish coach called him back to Barcelona, insisting that it was important he returned. According to Touré, his wife was quick to react.
“You’re really going to listen to that nonsense? He humiliated you, and now he wants you to stay? Are you going to stay? Let’s go to Manchester, my brother,” he added.

This latest revelation adds to years of tension between the two footballing icons. Touré has previously accused Guardiola of having “problems with African players,” claiming that he was sidelined despite performing well in training.
Guardiola, however, has consistently denied these allegations, insisting there was no personal animosity.
