Actress and media personality Nana Ama McBrown has finally addressed the constant attacks and criticisms from media personality Sally Mann.

Sally, a former member of the ‘McBrown Kitchen’ crew, has frequently listed McBrown as one of her nemeses, often using every opportunity to criticise her.

Over time, Sally Mann has launched several attacks against McBrown, including allegations about her liposuction procedure, her exit from UTV’s United Showbiz, and even defending McBrown’s husband during divorce rumours.

McBrown, who had remained silent until now, has opened up about the situation.

In a discussion on Fakye TV, McBrown emphasised that she has advanced far enough in life to not be concerned with negative comments.

“I’m far gone. I don’t go back to issues. I have no problem with anybody, and I will never have a problem with anyone. I don’t know what her problem is with me. Honestly, I don’t know. I don’t respond to these things. I’m too blessed to argue. I don’t see anyone. I’m like John Cena. Go ahead, you won’t get a response from me,” McBrown said.

She continued, “Where I have reached, she cannot stop me. Where she is, I cannot interfere with that. With the speed I am progressing, everybody is aware. I’m not over-speeding, but I am far gone.”

When asked how she genuinely feels about Sally’s constant attacks, McBrown explained, “I don’t hold grudges. If I step on your toe and you don’t alert me, I won’t know. I would apologise if I knew. In this field of work, I will definitely offend you, but if you don’t prompt me, I am not aware of it. I am the type that if I get upset, you will know. I can’t even hide it, so I don’t hold grudges.”

McBrown added that, while they are not friends, she would still greet Sally if they meet in public, only if Sally responds.

“If I meet Sally anywhere, if she responds, why not? I will greet her,” she said.

    Background

Sally Mann had repeatedly criticised Nana Ama McBrown, leading to questions about whether the two have unresolved personal issues.

Notably, when news broke about McBrown’s exit from UTV, Sally lashed out, stating that Fadda Dickson and the Despite Media group were largely responsible for resurrecting McBrown’s career when the movie industry was struggling.

Also, Sally Mann had been vocal about McBrown’s tummy tuck procedure before McBrown publicly admitted to undergoing it.

She also criticised McBrown for what she called a “pretentious attitude” toward her detractors.

Even when McBrown’s divorce rumours gained widespread public sympathy, Sally Mann continued to attack McBrown, defending her husband while blaming McBrown for the situation.
