    A Nigerian businesswoman named Anthonia Umerah has riled up people on the internet, especially male users, after declaring that she didn’t like men who trekked.

    She made this statement in reply to a post made by another woman Ami Mimi, a graduate of the Federal College of Education Omoku, Rivers State, who stated that;

    “Prostitution begins the moment you feel you are too beautiful to date a struggling man.”

    The lady made a follow-up post in pidgin defending her initial post by saying all those who had criticized her initial statement did not have wealthy fathers who provided all their needs.

    She said;

    “All those girls against my post. If to say Una papa deh wealthy and deh provide Una needs I see no reason to be upset with my precious post 😹😹. OS association”

    These controversial posts by Ami did not sit right with Anthonia, who decided to respond with a lengthy post stating her preference in men.

    Anthonia, a businesswoman who owns her own car, boldly declared that she could never date a man who did not own her car, as that would be dragging her into his struggling lifestyle.

    She recalled a prior experience with an admirer who had tried to shame her after she told him what she wanted in a man, instead of backing down she doubled down on her statement, saying she wouldn’t settle for less.

    She implored people, men or women, to settle down for someone they feel met their standards and not to be pressured by society or other people’s opinions.

    In her words;

    “Either beautiful or ugly, everyone should. Choose the life they want for themselves. Na person wey never experience Whàt struggling means will say this n0nsense,” she wrote.

    Me for example….I prefer to be single than date or marry certain categories of men that will introduce me to their struggling lifestyle. Struggle your struggle alone bro! Don’t involve me.

    I learnt to be very vocal about my choices from men. Men are very straight forward when it comes to their choices in woman.

    Few days ago, I meant a new man…just few minutes into our conversation….he asked me why I am single and I told him it is my choice. I equally asked him and he started wailing that women he likes don’t like dating him be the does not have a car which is a l0w self esteem problem on his own part that he is yet to realize. The proceeded to ask me…”I hope you are not like other women who can’t date a man who doesn’t have a car.”

    I’m certain he expected me to give him a pick-me response to massage his l0w self esteem and say I am not like them but I disappointed him and told him I am like them!

    I don’t like men who trek. I love men who have their own car and men who are comfortable.

    And that’s it! That was the end of our discussion. Don’t ask me s1lly low self esteem questions next time.

    A man will be very strategic when choosing a woman but expect her not to have choices.

    When a woman states her choices, she is labeled a pr0stitute and all sorts of other things.”

    The post;
