“I don’t believe you are real” – Man breaks up with partner because her love appeared surreal

A lady has shared a story about how her boyfriend broke-up with her because she loved him in a way he had never experienced before.

She said they had met in 2021 at a time that falling in love wasn’t in her plans — but it happened anyways.

    She went all in,

“I loved him loudly and fully without holding back.

I showed up in the best way I could because,

I told myself I wanted something serious..

..I didn’t want games…I just wanted something real

…and I was ready to build it.”

Overwhelmed by “love”, the man began to question why she was that way, and if it was real.

“At first I thought he was joking.

    But he wasn’t”

He confessed that he had never experienced that kind of love before, and he couldn’t give back such energy.

Intending to make him believe the love was “real”, she decided to try harder — to Love him more, show up more and to prove herself more.

But apparently, the more she gave, the distant he became.

    So one day he said:

“I can’t love you the way yo love me.

I don’t want to keep you for selfish reasons because I don’t believe you are real”

That experience she said thought her that sometimes its not that your love is too much… Its just too much for the wrong person.

“God knows I was real…I’m someone who doesn’t sit on the fence but no.

..he didn’t believe it because he has never seen it before.”

The story was shared by @loveyfunky on X.
