Hiplife rapper Screwfaze (R) and Ghanaian dancehall performer Stonebwoy (L) in a music video Dancehall artist Stonebwoy’s remark about his song “Jejereje” has disappointed Ghanaian singer Skrewfaze, who is based in the United States. The “Gbalagazaa” hitmaker stated in a live TikTok video that he is not in a rush to contribute to Stonebowy’s popular song “Jejereje.” According to Skrewfaze, he simply created a live TikTok video to negotiate a potential feature with the singer because to the frequent requests from his fans

I would like to express my pride in your accomplishments, my younger brother Stonebwoy. However, I want to be clear that I am not looking forward to any features. I merely performed that live TikTok freestyle of your song (Jejereje) in response to the messages I was getting from my fans in my email. “I respect your decision, but one thing you should know is I am one of the people who laid the foundation for you,” he stated. Skewfaze went on to say that if the “Jejereje” singer contacts him, he is amenable to a potential feature.

However, you should also realize that I am not aware of the plans you and your team have for that music. For that reason, I mentioned that I wouldn’t mind writing a verse if your team reached out. I requested you to give me a call out of self-respect. You should be aware of how the industry operates as an artist,” he continued. Context In an interview with Onua Showbiz on November 3, 2024, Stonebwoy stated that a remix of his new single with hiplife singer Skrewfaze would not be advantageous for his business.
