Following the widely condemned interview by Asante Akim South MP, Kweku Asante Boateng in which he made disparaging remarks against former Vice President Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia’s status in the NPP, it has emerged that the interview was actually planned and promoted with the Kennedy Campaign.
The Asante Akim South MP, who supports Kennedy Agyapong in the NPP primaries, launched scathing attacks on Dr. Bawumia, claiming the former Vice President was an outsider and a slave in the NPP, who is unfit to lead the party.
The much-condemned interview was explosive, but before the interview on Adom FM on October 29, some members of the Kennedy Campaign, including senior member and spokesperson, Kwesi Kwartemg actively promoted the scheduled interview with a teaser of what the interview would offer.

“Don’t miss this interview. A lot of revelations will be unpacked,” Kennedy Agyapong‘s Spokesperson wrote on Facebook, as he shared a promotional flyer of the interview.
When the interview started, the senior Kennedy Campaign member shared a live link to the interview, which other accounts linked to the campaign also shared.
And after the interview, Kwartemg again led the rebroadcast of some of the explosive content by sharing aspects of the interview on his Facebook page, giving clear indications that the Kennedy Campaign was indeed aware of the interview, having promoted it and even offered a teaser on content of the interview.
