Hoshii International Ltd has been unveiled as the Gold Sponsor for the upcoming Senior African Athletics Championship 2026, set to take place in Accra from May 12 to 17, 2026. 

The sponsorship marks a significant boost for Ghana’s preparations to host one of Africa’s premier athletics competitions, with stakeholders highlighting its potential impact on both sports development and economic activity.

At the official announcement, Kofi Iddie Adams commended the company for its commitment, describing the partnership as a meaningful contribution to the country’s sporting landscape. He noted that such collaborations go beyond business interests and reflect growing private sector support for national development through sports.

The Minister also urged other corporate bodies to invest in sports, revealing government plans to introduce tax incentives for companies that sponsor sporting initiatives across the country.

Executive Director of Hoshii International Ltd, Ivy, reaffirmed the company’s dedication to excellence, stating that the sponsorship aligns with its broader vision of growth and innovation.

The championship is expected to attract top athletes from across the continent, positioning Ghana as a key hub for international athletics.
