A final-year student at Olabisi Onabanjo University reflects on an incident after accidentally bumping into a lecturer while recording a video.

Recall that a UNIZIK student allegedly assaulted a male lecturer after he interrupted her video recording. The incident sparked controversy online, and the student was expelled from the institution.

In the video, the OOU student highlighted that the same incident involving the UNIZIK student wouldn’t repeat itself in her case.

She walked back to record her video to have a good perspective of herself, but she ran into a lecturer and struck his arm. She begged him right away and nearly knelt to apologize.

As a final-year student, if she were impolite and didn’t apologize to the lecturer, she could face disciplinary action from the institution and be expelled, much like the student from UNIZIK.
