The Minister of Foreign Affairs, Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa, has said that President John Dramani Mahama is committed to transforming every sector of the country as part of his national development agenda.

According to him, the president, despite being in office for only a short period, has already begun addressing the various issues his government inherited from the previous administration.

Ablakwa, who is also the Member of Parliament for North Tongu, asserted that President Mahama, among other achievements, has addressed issues in education, healthcare, and even sports, citing the country’s recent World Cup qualification as an example.

“Since assuming the presidency, he’s fixing all the problems he inherited. He’s fixed the economy; he will give you the details of that. He’s fixed education, he’s fixed healthcare, he’s fixing infrastructure, and only a few days ago, he’s also fixed football, Ghana has qualified for the World Cup.

“So, the visionary, problem-solving President John Mahama is not sparing any sector of national development,” he said at an event, in a video shared by TV3 on Facebook.
