President John Dramani Mahama will on Thursday, December 11, 2025, receive the official Bawku Mediation Report at the Jubilee House in Accra.

In a citinewsroom report on December 8, 2025, it stated that the event marks a significant milestone in the national quest to restore long-term peace and stability in Bawku and its surrounding communities.

The report is the outcome of extensive mediation efforts led by the Asantehene, Otumfuo Osei Tutu II, who has been at the forefront of national reconciliation initiatives aimed at resolving the longstanding tensions in the area.
