    From the dusty pitches of Ghana’s grassroots to the pristine, floodlit stadiums of Europe, Ghanaian footballers have risen not only to win admiration but also to amass great fortunes.

    As Ghana’s current stars continue to inspire the next generation, their growing skills and performances have translated into lucrative contracts that reflect their true market value.

    This article highlights the top 5 highest paid Ghanaian players at club level in 2025.

    Kudus Mohammed (Tottenham Hotspurs)

    The Right to Dream Academy prodigy in 2025 moved from West Ham United to Tottenham Hotspur in a £55 million deal. He earns £150,000 a week, amounting to £7.8 million per year.

    Inaki Williams (Athletic Club)

    He signed a nine-year deal in 2019, a testament to his loyalty to the Basque club, and earns €219,231 (£189,016) per week — totaling €11.4 million (about £9.7 million) annually.

    Antoine Semenyo (Bournemouth)

    The 25 year old forward who in July extended his contract with the club until June 2030 earns £75,000 (around €90,000) per week, which equates to a gross annual base salary of £3.9 million (approximately €4.7 million).

    Thomas Partey (Villarreal)

    The former Arsenal midfielder who joined Villarreal in 2025 after running down his contract with the Gunners reportedly takes home €3.12m a-year (gross) which translate to only €60,000 a-week.

    Mohammed Salisu (Monaco)

    The 26 year old defender signed a five year deal with Monaco from Southampton. He reportedly earns £51,399 gross per week, which amounts to a base salary of £2.6 million (€3.1 million) per year.
