    Newly released police bodycam footage captured the moment a heavily-tattooed Powerball winner kicked a cop in the face the day after winning a $163 million jackpot. 

    James Farthing, 50, of Georgetown, Kentucky, was arrested in April 2025 at a St. Pete Beach resort following a late-night altercation that saw him get trampled by several police officers and tased after he stomped a cop.
