    Hearts of Oak head coach, Mas-Ud Didi Dramani has called on his players to go all out for victory when they face Basake Holy Stars in the Ghana Premier League this weekend. 

    The Phobians head into the fixture looking to return to winning ways after going two games without a victory. Their last triumph came in mid-February when they defeated arch-rivals Asante Kotoko, before settling for a draw against Berekum Chelsea and a defeat to Bibiani GoldStars last weekend.

    Despite the recent dip in results, Hearts of Oak remain in a strong position on the league table. The Rainbow Club currently sit third with 41 points, five behind league leaders Medeama SC, and will need to maintain consistency if they hope to stay in the title race.

    Speaking ahead of the match, Dramani acknowledged the threat posed by Basake Holy Stars, particularly their direct style of play and the attacking quality on the wings.

    According to the experienced coach, Hearts must stay disciplined defensively while also improving their overall performance in order to secure all three points.

    “Holy Stars are a very strong side. Strong side in the sense that they play too direct. They have good wingers in the persons of Prince Tweneboah and Gideon Quayson,” Dramani said.

    “They try to put balls in the box here and there. So, we need to shut them down and respond positively. We want to go forward, and if we want to do that, then we need to improve.”

    Hearts of Oak will host Basake Holy Stars on Sunday, March 8, at the University of Ghana Stadium, with kickoff scheduled for 15:00 GMT (3:00 pm).
