A Nigerian couple who went viral for getting married two years after meeting in the club has inspired many with their magical love journey.

In an interview with @bellanaijaweedings, the bride, @Temmiey_, shared how she met her husband, @elvis.ogbe, at a birthday celebration for a mutual friend at the club in 2022.

She didn’t take his love approach seriously, according to @Temmiey_, despite their brief interaction and touching exchange. He kept checking in on her on Instagram, but she claimed he was anonymous.

    She said,

“That spiralled into a conversation with him proposing to see me again after a year. A week later, we went on our first date and after a long and interesting conversation, he changed my name on his phone by adding his last name to it. It has never changed since then.”

Later in 2023, she shared a prayer link with her friends and randomly sent it to him, to which he instantly replied, asking how she knew he needed prayers. The prayer link resulted in a date and a committed relationship.

In a surprising move, he changed her name on his contact list by adding his last name to her name which hasn’t changed to date.
