Two women and three men have been committed to stand trial over the alleged murder of a young plumber who was allegedly stabbed to death after a cocaine-fuelled Tinder threesome went horribly wrong.
Luke Lembryk died from a stab wound to the heart after allegedly being attacked by three men at his mother’s Condell Park home in western Sydney in December, 2019.
The 29-year-old tradie collapsed on the floor in front of his mother Robyn, who was terminally ill with bone cancer, and said ‘I’m going to die, mum, I’m going to die’ before he did so.
It is alleged that earlier that year, in August, Mr Lembryk had matched on Tinder with Lisa Anne Price, and the two had started texting.
Price allegedly sent him a text with a photo of herself and another woman she said she planned to bring along to Lembryk’s mother’s home.
Police allege Ms Price and her friend attended the Condell Park unit where all three did lines of cocaine from a bag containing the drug.
While the trio were in his bedroom drinking and chatting, Lembryk was showing off a stack of $50 notes, reportedly amounting to $15,000, and a blazer which also had cash spilling from the pocket.

Police allege the show of cash gave Price the idea to ‘do this guy over’ and that three men raided Lembryk’s in the early hours of December 7 and stabbed him to death.
Police were called to the unit at 2.45 on that Saturday morning, and found Mr Lembryk with multiple stab wounds, but unable to be revived by paramedics.
Following Mr Lembryk’s death, his devastated cousin Bretto said the family had ‘suffered a terrible loss to a great human’, saying he was ‘heartbroken and shattered’.
