Founder and head of Prophetic Hill Chapel, Nigel Gaisie, has called for greater unity among men of God, particularly prophets in Ghana.

He made this call during an interview with GhanaWeb at the funeral of Evangelist Agnes Aba Annan, the mother of renowned gospel singer and television host Empress Gifty Adorye.

Speaking to GhanaWeb’s Isaac Dadzie, Gaisie expressed his condolences to Empress Gifty Adorye, her family, and friends, including Hopeson Ardoye.

Gaisie was pleased to see several gospel artists performing together at the funeral, showcasing their solidarity and unity.

This, according to him, shows that there is unity in the gospel music industry, even more than among the men of God.

“What I’ve learned is that the gospel artistes or the gospel musicians, they are united much more than we the men of God.

“And even among the men of God, the apostles, the pastors, and the teachers, they are united. But the prophets, we are divided. We are not united,” he said.

He emphasized the need for unity among men of God to strengthen their collective mission.

“So among the men of God, unity is needed,” he added.

The funeral of Evangelist Agnes Aba Annan, also known as ‘Agaga’ was held on Saturday, January 18, 2024, at Tema.

Her brought together many notable figures in the gospel music and religious communities as well as secular artistes including ACP Kofi Sarpong, Broda Sammy, Kofi Kinaata, Keche and many others.
