Dan Botwe, Bawumia for President Campaign Manager Dan Botwe, Bawumia for President Campaign Manager

“Nobody can limit God”, Dan Kweku Botwe, the campaign manager of Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia’s team, has replied prophets whose utterances are aligned with ex-President John Dramani Mahama’s comeback bid.

As Ghana gears up for the Dec 7 presidential and parliamentary elections, there is a buffet of prophecies with most of them favoring the leader of the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC), John Mahama.

Renowned Prophets like Apostle Isaac Owusu Bempah, Ebenezer Adarkwa Yiadom, Bernard Elbernard, and a host of others have all prophesied victory for John Mahama.

Reacting to the prophecies, Dan Botwe highlighted the might and power of God to use any person or inanimate things to do His will.

Making biblical references, he pointed to the story of a donkey speaking to his rider and God, saying he can cause stones to praise Him, as some instances show God can do anything and everything.

Therefore, in the case of his candidate, Dr. Bawumia, winning the election, Dan Botwe responded, “You can’t limit God!”

“God can use any person at any point in time to serve Him…God can use anybody at any time to fulfil the purpose of God”, he argued, thus strongly believing Bawumia is Ghana’s next right leader to advance the country’s progress.

This reply by Dan Botwe was on the heels of a question posed by the presenter of Peace FM’s “Kokrokoo” programme, Kwami Sefa Kayi, in an interview that some religious leaders and the parties are playing the religious card against a particular candidate with some section pledging not to allow a certain religious group to rule over Christians in Ghana.
