    Ghanaian songstress Labena, popularly known as “Ghana’s Tattoo Girl”, has released a brand-new five-track album titled ‘Life in Roses’ under the Grand Nubian record label.

    The exclusive album listening session took place at Bayview Village, Atomic Junction in Accra, attracting a blend of industry players, fans, and media personalities.

    Among those in attendance were celebrated music duo Keche, Mike 2, Adom FM’s Da Don, Nana Adwoa Silky of DL FM, media personalities from Top FM, and a host of other music lovers.

    Labena gave a stellar performance of all five songs on the album, Ago Make Am, Am Gone, Paradise, Amor, and Dekalema. She also took time to interact with members of the press and fans during the session.

    The sound production on ‘Life in Roses’ was led by Groove, renowned for producing Sydney’s popular hit “Africa Money.”

    The lead single ‘Ago Make Am’, which shares its title with the album’s opening track, will officially be released across all digital streaming platforms on Friday, July 4, 2025.

    Music enthusiasts and insiders have already tipped the song to become a chart-topper if it receives the right promotional push.

    Labena is no stranger to the music scene, having released notable singles such as ‘Baby’ featuring Mr. Drew, ‘Be Fameko’ featuring Nii Funny, and ‘Sin’, among others.

    With ‘Life in Roses’, Labena continues to carve a unique path with her blend of authenticity, energy, and bold artistry, and fans can only expect more from the rising star.
