Ghana’s Ambassador to Saudi Arabia, Alhaji Said Sinare, has launched a search for a young girl whose story recently gained attention on social media, expressing his strong desire to meet her and her parents in person.

President Mahama appoints Said Sinare as Ghana’s Ambassador to Saudi Arabia

In a message shared on his Facebook page on Sunday, October 5, 2025, he shared the photo of the girl in school uniform, barefooted, and disclosed that he had been looking for and appealed to the public to help locate her or her family.

“I have been searching for this young girl on social media for the past three days. Anyone who has a contact number to her immediate family or can help trace her should kindly reach out to my special aide, Japhet Festus Gbede, on 0544198873 or 0592666640. I would love to meet her and her parents in person,” the message read.

Although he did not provide further details about the young girl or the motive behind his search, close sources suggest that the gesture aligns with his long-standing commitment to youth empowerment and philanthropy.

Over the years, the veteran politician and diplomat has earned widespread recognition for his humanitarian initiatives, which include educational sponsorships, youth mentorship programmes, and assistance to underprivileged families across Ghana.
