The Paramount Chief of the Kumawu Traditional Area, Barima Sarpong Tweneboa Kodua, has commended the Vice President and Presidential Candidate of the NPP, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, for his good policies for Ghana.

Welcoming Dr. Bawumia to Kumawu during his campaign tour of the Kumawu Constituency on Sunday, November 17, 2024, Barima Sarpong Tweneboa Kodua urged Dr. Bawumia to remain focused on spreading his vision for the country, expressing the belief that Ghanaians will support and reward his good work as Vice President.

“Continue to spread your good message because your good work is clear, and I believe Ghanaians will reward you,” Barima Sarpong Tweneboa Kodua said.

“You have good policies such as the flat rate tax, involvement of traditional rulers in governance, digitalization, and many others. Continue to promote them. I believe God will reward you. I believe that Ghanaians will listen to you and offer you their support.”

The Kumawumanhene also assured Dr. Bawumia of the support of the people of Kumawu for his policies and good work as Vice President, as well as for the enormous development projects the community has seen under the NPP government in the past eight years.

“Today, I won’t say much, except to give testimonies. It has been eight years now since you and your boss assumed office. I am only giving testimonies about the great work you have done for the people of Ghana and Kumawu,” said the Paramount Chief as he listed a number of projects in education, health, district assembly, agriculture, and roads that the NPP government has delivered for his community.

“We have seen what you have done, and we, the people of Kumawu, can testify. So continue your good works. I believe that Ghanaians will listen to you and offer you their support.”

“We pray for you; we pray for more courage, good health, and your success.”
