Eric Boahen and Nigel Giasie have prophesied about the World Cup
Some Ghanaian prophets have prophesied that the Black Stars will thrive at the 2026 FIFA World Cup, to be hosted by the United States, Mexico, and Canada, while delivering their prophecies on December 31, 2025.
The Founder of Prophetic Hill Church, Prophet Nigel Gaisie, revealed that the Black Stars will reach the final of the Mundial but did not confirm whether they will win it.
He further warned that some countries are planning to attack the US during the World Cup and urged the public to pray against it to avert any misfortune.

“I saw a lot of jets in America. If we don’t pray, the World Cup may not come on, or it will be postponed, or there will be a problem with the American one… We will pray and avert it because prayer can do it. The Black Stars, I prophesied about their qualification and they will do extremely well in the final,” he told his congregants.
Also, the leader of Reign House Chapel, Prophet Eric Boahen Uche, also urged the US to strengthen security at the various stadia, warning of planned attacks during the 2026 World Cup.
He noted that three countries are plotting to damage the US’s reputation during the World Cup by launching attacks to cause mayhem at stadiums.
The prophet further predicted that European champions Spain will clinch the 2026 FIFA World Cup, as the winner will shift from South America to Europe.
“Three countries are having a meeting against the World Cup. American security should tighten their stadiums. There is going to be an attack on stadiums in America during the World Cup. This year the winner will go to Europe. I see a country called Spain carrying the World Cup,” Prophet Boahen said.
The Black Stars have been placed in Group L and will battle England, Croatia, and Panama for a place in the knockout phase.
Ghana will play two matches in the US and one in Canada.
