Ghanaian forward Elizabeth Owusuaa scored to help Hakkarigücü Spor secure a 2–1 victory over Amed SK in Round 21 of the Turkish Women’s Football Super League.

Owusuaa found the back of the net during the encounter to play a key role in her side’s win as Hakkarigücü continued their campaign in the top tier of Turkish women’s football. Fellow Ghanaian Elizabeth Oppong was also named in the starting line-up and delivered a solid performance throughout the match.

The two Ghanaian players were influential as Hakkarigücü maintained control for most periods of the game to secure the important three points.

Owusuaa’s goal further highlights the growing impact of Ghanaian players in the Turkish Women’s Super League, with several Black Queens stars currently plying their trade in the competition.

The victory strengthens Hakkarigücü’s position in the league standings as the season approaches its decisive stages, while Owusuaa and Oppong continue to impress with their performances for the club.
