Ghana’s U-15 girls’ team is taking on South Africa in the semi-finals of the CAF African Schools Championship, which is taking place at the University of Ghana Sports Stadium on April 25, 2025.
The game is expected to be a cagey encounter, as both teams have been among the best in the girls’ category of the tournament so far, having scored a significant number of goals and conceded few.
Ghana’s U-15 girls have had an excellent start to the tournament, scoring six goals and keeping three clean sheets in their three group-stage matches.
South Africa, the winners of the last edition of the competition, are expected to provide Ghana with a tough challenge in their quest to progress to the finals.
Ghana will meet either Morocco or Uganda if they make it through to the finals.
