It’s derby day in Brentford as the Black Stars of Ghana lock horns with the Super Eagles of Nigeria in the semifinals of the 2025 Unity Cup.

The match, taking place at the GTech Community Stadium, promises fireworks as two of Africa’s greatest footballing nations renew their rivalry.

Ghana, led by captain Jordan Ayew, have named a youthful but determined starting XI, with several exciting debutants aiming to make a statement on the big stage.

Despite missing key names like Mohammed Kudus and Thomas Partey, Otto Addo’s side will be fired up to get past their West African rivals and book a place in the final.

Nigeria, missing stars like Victor Osimhen and Ademola Lookman, still boast a strong lineup featuring Wilfred Ndidi, Samuel Chukwueze, and Frank Onyeka.

With history, pride, and a spot in the final on the line, tonight’s game is set to deliver all the drama of the famous Jollof Derby.
