The Ghana Publishing Company Limited (GPCL) has launched its new online gazette application platform, dubbed e-Gazette, as part of its broader digital transformation agenda.

The initiative is designed to make gazette applications more accessible, secure, and user-friendly for Ghanaians across the country.

With the e-Gazette system now fully operational, applicants no longer need to submit documents manually via post offices or visit GPCL offices in person.

In a press release copied to GhanaWeb, GPCL stated that the platform offers “a secure, convenient, and efficient digital experience,” integrating features such as online application and document submission, secure payment systems, mobile responsiveness, and an intuitive interface.

“The e-Gazette system delivers on GPCL’s promise to make gazette applications convenient for all Ghanaians, regardless of location,” part of the statement read.

The rollout of the platform aligns with the Government of Ghana’s 24-Hour Economy vision, positioning GPCL as a forward-looking public service institution committed to uninterrupted access to essential services.

To ensure smooth adoption, GPCL said it will continue public education under its Gazette 360 Campaign, aimed at guiding users on how to navigate and utilise the new platform effectively.
