Matchday 31 of the 2025/26 Ghana Premier League delivered excitement across the country, with 19 goals scored in eight centres—11 by home sides and 8 by away teams in a round filled with drama, excitement and defining moments.

The round kicked off on Friday with Eleven Wonders falling 1-3 home loss to Bechem United, as experienced Augustine Okrah netted a brace to take his tally to 13 goals and move to the top of the scoring chart.

On Saturday, Swedru All Blacks secured a crucial 2-1 away win over Vision FC at the Nii Adjei Kraku II Stadium, thanks to a standout performance from Rudolf Nana Mensah, who scored and won a late penalty, which was subsequently converted by Faruk Mohammed to secure the three points.

The biggest game of the weekend saw Medeama SC defeat Bibiani Gold Stars 2-0 at the TnA Stadium in the top of the table clash. Red-hot midfielder Salim Adams starred with a brace, including a stunning free-kick, for his side to open a five-point gap at the top of the league.

Dreams FC also impressed with a 2-0 win over Asante Kotoko, as goals from Oumar Nauffal and Ebenezer Adade extended Kotoko’s winless run to four matches.

In Dormaa, Aduana FC were held to a goalless draw by Heart of Lions, who showed resilience to earn a point despite playing with ten men for much of the game following George Osei’s 43rd minute red card.

Hearts of Oak returned to winning ways with a narrow 1-0 victory over Nations FC at the Dr. Kwame Kyei Sports Complex, with Mawuli Wayo scoring his seventh goal of the season in as early as eleven minutes from kickoff.

Elsewhere, FC Samartex recorded a convincing 3-1 win over Basake Holy Stars at the Nsenkyire Sports Arena to extend their winning run to three matches.

At the Crosby Awuah Memorial Park, Karela United edged Young Apostles 2-1, with Rahman Yaya netting a late winner to move his side into the top six.

With just a few matches remaining, the title race, top-four battle, and relegation fight continue to intensify heading into the final stretch of the season.
