    Ghanaian forward Patrick Twumasi delivered a stellar performance for Beitar Jerusalem on Tuesday, scoring and providing an assist to help his team come from behind to secure a 3-2 victory against Maccabi Haifa in an exciting Round 4 fixture of the Israeli Ligat Ha’Al.

    The match saw Maccabi Haifa take the lead early, with Dean David scoring in the 21st minute.

    However, Twumasi brought Beitar Jerusalem back into the game just 13 minutes later, finding the back of the net in the 34th minute to level the score at 1-1.

    After the break, Dean David struck again for Maccabi Haifa in the 50th minute, putting the visitors back in front.

    But Beitar Jerusalem refused to back down, and Twumasi’s influence grew as the game progressed. In the 71st minute, Abiezer Jeno netted the equalizer, setting the stage for a dramatic finish.

    Twumasi then capped off his night with a crucial assist, setting up Timothy Muzie in the 76th minute for the match-winning goal.

    The assist completed Beitar Jerusalem’s impressive comeback, sealing a 3-2 triumph over one of their fiercest rivals.

    With this victory, Beitar Jerusalem claimed three vital points in their Israeli top-flight campaign, and Twumasi’s contributions were instrumental in their success.

    His goal and assist were crucial to the team’s resilient performance, and he continues to prove his value as a key player for the club this season.
