Ghana international, Ernest Nuamah has been named in the matchday squad of Olympique Lyon for their game against Toulouse this weekend.

The winger is one of six attackers selected by Lyon manager Pierre Sage for the Round 18 encounter in the French Ligue 1 scheduled for Saturday, January 18.

Nuamah’s selection comes at a time when he is heavily linked with a move to English Premier League side Everton.

As reported by RMC Sport, Olympique Lyon and Everton have reached an agreement for a fee of around 20 million Euros over the transfer of Ghana winger Ernest Nuamah.

Nuamah, 21, joined Lyon in August 2023 after arriving from Molenbeek, another club under the ownership of John Textor.

Initially arriving on loan, Lyon activated his purchase option for 28.5 million Euros last summer.

The talented Ghana youngster is now reportedly on the verge of signing for Everton.
