The Ghana-California Roundtable is led by Ghana’s Ambassador to the United States The Ghana-California Roundtable is led by Ghana’s Ambassador to the United States

The Embassy of Ghana, Washington, DC, as part of a series of targeted investment campaigns and community outreaches in the USA, will be in California with the aim of attracting American capital into key sectors of Ghana’s economy.

The Ghana-California Roundtable is led by Ghana’s Ambassador to the United States, Victor E. Smith with a crack team of experts.

The recognition of California as a global hub for innovation, finance, and enterprise, presents significant potential for partnerships that could drive growth in Ghana’s priority sectors such as technology, agriculture, energy and manufacturing, offering viable and competitive opportunities for American investors seeking expansion into West Africa.

One of the highlights of the California campaign to deepen economic diplomacy and strengthen bilateral trade relations between Ghana and the USA will be the Town Hall meeting with the diaspora dubbed “Empowering the Next Generation of Diaspora Investors and Streamlining Consular Services”.

The meeting will ensure that diaspora contributions will go beyond remittances to include skills, technology transfer and global business networks.
