The Ghana U20 national team has been drawn into Group C for the upcoming TotalEnergies CAF Under-20 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) tournament.

The final draw for the TotalEnergies CAF Under-20 Africa Cup of Nations, Egypt 2025, was officially conducted today, Sunday, April 13, in Cairo.

At the end of the draw, Ghana was placed in Group C, which includes Senegal, DR Congo, and Central African Republic.

Last week, the national team, nicknamed the Black Satellites, resumed training in Accra as part of preparations for next month’s tournament.

Under Coach Desmond Ofei, the team is scheduled to engage in a series of friendlies before departing for Egypt for the tournament.

If the Black Satellites advance to the knockout stage, they are likely to face teams such as Egypt, Morocco, South Africa, or Zambia.

The TotalEnergies CAF Under-20 Africa Cup of Nations tournament will be staged from April 27 to May 18, 2025.
