The Ghana Armed Forces Officers Sports Club (GAFOSC) are having an outstanding season in the University of Ghana Corporate Football League.
With six wins out of seven games, they currently sit second on the Group A table with 19 points, just two points behind Union Ghana.
What stands out most about this team is their consistency and discipline.
They’ve conceded only one goal all season, making them a very disciplined defensive side in the group. Offensively, they’ve been sharp too, scoring 17 goals, which is only one goal difference between their side and Union’s 18 goals.
From their first game, GAFOSC have looked like a well-drilled unit. They play with purpose, stay organized, and know how to grind out results when it matters.
Their matches have shown a team that understands each other on the field, something that doesn’t happen by chance.
They’ve proven that they’re not just here to participate; they’re here to compete. Week after week, they’ve delivered strong performances and stayed in the title conversation.
Now, with just one game left against Union Ghana, they’re determined to beat them to secure the top spot.
At this point, both teams have qualified from Group A to play in the semifinals, but the conversation is about who tops the group.
As things heat up, all eyes will be on the Ghana Armed Forces Officers Sports Club to see if they can keep this momentum going.
Whether they finish first or not, their performance so far has been one of the biggest highlights of the season.
