Residents in a Manchester apartment building were left furious after a ‘nightmare’ neighbour ignored their pleas to turn down their ‘relentless’ blaring music.
A female resident attempted to take a polite turn with the noisy neighbour by calmly asking them to shut the racket down, whilst others patience had grown thin as they begun shouting expletives in a bid to make them turn down the noise.
