Ghanaian cruiserweight boxer Seth Gyimah, popularly known as “Freezy Macbones,” has set his sights on redemption as he prepares for his next bout at the upcoming Resurrection Fight Night in Accra.
The hard-hitting boxer says his ultimate target is a rematch with rival “Worldwide,” but insists his immediate focus is on his clash with Nigerian opponent Jamil Animashaun. The two are scheduled to face off at the Laboma Beach Resort, in what promises to be a thrilling encounter.
Speaking ahead of the event, Gyimah made his intentions clear, stating that while revenge remains on his mind, he is fully aware of the task at hand. He noted that overcoming Animashaun is a crucial step toward securing another shot at the African title.
“Right now I want revenge against Worldwide, but I have to deal with Jamil first,” he said.
Gyimah added that a victory would pave the way for a high-profile showdown in Kumasi, where he hopes to settle scores with Worldwide and challenge for continental honours.
The bout forms part of a stacked Resurrection Fight Night card expected to draw significant attention from boxing fans on April 5th.
