A fourth player suffered a graze wound, according to police.
The condition of the fifth victim, who was taken to Temple University hospital in the main city, has not been released.

The scrimmage reportedly involved three Philadelphia-area schools: Roxborough, Northeast High School, and Boys Latin Charter School.
Police first descended on the scene of the apparent drive-by around 4:30 pm, responding to reports of shots fired on the 6400 block of Ridge Avenue, where the school sits.
Officers arrived to find two 14-year-olds, a 17-year-old, and another victim suffering from gunshot wounds, according to preliminary information from the Philadelphia Police Department.
The 14-year-old who ultimately died had been struck in the chest, according to lawmen. He was brought to Albert Einstein Medical Center where he later died.
Investigators said the shooting happened when after two gunmen pulled up to the field behind the school in a green Ford Explorer and fired at the group of football players, before speeding off and escaping the scene.
