    A helicopter has crashed into the ocean off the coast of Victoria, sparking fears for the pilot and multiple passengers onboard. 

    It’s understood three patients are being attended to on the shore at Point Lonsdale, near Geelong on the tip of the Bellarine Peninsula. 

    Victoria Police confirmed the helicopter crashed just after 10am on Friday.
