A female Nigerian pastor, Sarah Omakwu advises women who are in physically toxic marriages to leave to save their lives and sanity.

Sharing her early marriage experience with her husband who is also a pastor to the church members, she disclosed how he also tried to beat her for the first time when they had an argument.

She had let it slide for the moment and left the marriage when he went to work the following day. It wasn’t until he looked for her for days and resolved it that she came back.

Recounting other few occasions where such violence wanted to rear its ugly head, the pastor revealed that exposing her husband’s deeds to the public and church members made him change for good.

This she said is the key to curbing men’s aggressive tendencies in marriage. Read some of the sparked reactions:

Tee Luxury Hair: this mama deserves golden medal 👌👌👍

onanawhatsmyname: The problem with this is giving off the idea that men like that change. her husband hasn’t changed he’s simply switched tactics or supply

Vee🎀: I love seeing older women talk about this topic!! Because we have young women that still have the mentality of enduring abuse in marriage for the sake
