    Former Ghana Football Association president, Kwesi Nyantakyi has declared his support for former Assin Central Member of Parliament, Kennedy Agyapong ahead of the 2026 New Patriotic Party’s flagbearer elections.

    Kennedy Agyapong, who was in the company of his confidant and supporters officially submitted his nomination forms at the NPP headquarters ahead of the January 31, 2026, presidential primaries.

    The former Assin Central MP, who is contesting for the second consecutive time, has promised that job creation for the youth will be his top priority if he wins the votes of Ghanaians to become the nation’s president.

    Kwesi Nyantakyi was spotted in the room, joining the spirited chants and energy of Ken Agyapong’s supporters during his nomination filing at the NPP headquarters.

    The former WA All Stars owner has been a strong supporter of the Kennedy Agyapong presidential bid and has been campaigning for him.
