Alax Evalsam, a Nigerian man who became famous on TikTok for selling fish pie and singing while doing so, shares his ordeal after the initial hype went down.

Speaking with @mrkasacomedy, FishPie as popularly called, reveals that those claimed to have helped him, rather used him for their own gains. Many of them after milking him dry, has abandoned him for the next big thing.

FishPie shares being unable to launch his restaurant which was publicly announced and given by one of his helpers due to financial constraints.

He also stated how people used his name and popularity to create several social media accounts and fetch money for themselves. He therefore begs Nigerians to follow him up on the original account and help him up to his feet once again.

The reactions to this news were mostly condemning as netizens seemed to have moved on from the viral sensation he caused.
